This is a great company to work with. They show up on time, do a excellent job on my trees and clean up nicely afterwards. I have used them for 6 years and have referred them to many neighbors.
Everything went as planned, yard trees were trimmed, the crew busted their butts cutting back a tree and trimming everything else. The crew cleaned up afterward and was professional and hard working will be busing again.
I can’t stop recommending this company to my friends. Every time someone needs tree service of any kind they are the first ones I think about. It’s nice knowing that my friends are going to receive great care! We loved how responsive they were when we first called to get a quote for service, And we were pleasantly surprised by the value they gave us and the quality of their work.
I had a tree encroaching on and neighbors property. The neighbor was extremely reactive. Easy tree got that tree removed, left everything in pristine condition and no time at all. I was very impressed with this company, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My backyard went from dirt and rocks to something my puppy and I can enjoy now. They are fair with their prices and use all the material that was purchased for the project in our yard. They worked efficiently and were fast to get started. They double-checked everything was the way we wanted it before getting started and again before placing it. We even got our trees up front pruned and the irrigation was replaced as well as a patio extension for my husband to grill on. Now we can enjoy taking the dog out. I would highly recommend them as we will be calling them back for the front yard! They even cleaned the street where the sand and gravel sat.
The AZ Tree & Hardscape team are excellent to work with. A 40' Palm Tree located 2' from our house was removed. Haven and his team did a great job protecting our property and clean-up. We've hired them for placing a French drain and landscaping. Highly recommend!!
Professional service at a fair price
Last week, one of the trees (Willow Acacia) in my front yard almost toppled over during a monsoon storm. Because it was leaning toward the sidewalk, I was concerned it might fall at any time and considered it a safety hazard. Therefore, I called three different tree removal companies for estimates and AZ Tree and Hardscape Company was the only one to respond back to me the same day. Further, one of their Arborists (Juan) came out within a few hours of my initial call to assess the situation and he provided me with a reasonable price to cut down and remove my tree. Less than a week later, Juan and his team returned to complete the job as promised. Thanks to him, his crew, Lindsey, and Liz for a job well done. I highly recommend AZ Tree and Hardscape Company!
AZ Tree and Hardscape Co did not disappoint. The crew arrived early this morning to prune our 3 Palo Verde Trees. They were led by Haven Nunez who coordinated our wishes with the crew's pruning. A huge success! The owner Juan Nunez gave us a fair price and we will be going back to his company for future projects and Palo Verde annual pruning. From the front office customer service to Chris Nunez assessing our trees and giving us an initial quote to owner Juan approving the price to Haven supervision the job we were well pleased. The results are awesome.
I absolutely loved working with his company. They gave me a fair price and top quality work. The work they did was removing two palm trees and grinding down a stump. The finished product was unbelievable. It looks like a tree was never even there. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company for all Landscaping needs. AZ Tree and Hardscape removed a large tree from our backyard, which hung over our neighbors year and over our BBQ area. The removal was perfect and no signs remain that it existed, nothing was damaged in the process. Our neighbors yard was not adversely affected and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. The crew was very friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again should it be necessary and recommend them to anyone.

Awesome Company! We hired Juan and his crew to trim several of our trees, remove a couple of stumps, and take down a large dead cottonwood tree. Juan, the owner, was responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to walk us through issues with the trees and what was needed. His quote was better than our previous trimmer, and he seemed to know more about each tree and their individual needs. He reached out after a cancellation and was able to get his crew out earlier than expected. The crew was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Chris, the site supervisor, kept my wife informed of everything they were doing and was very customer service oriented. All of the equipment appeared to be new, and they appeared to have everything they needed for a large job. We will definitely be using them again, and we look forward to working with them. Cannot say enough good things about them!
I was looking for mulch for my backyard and garden. I contacted AZ Tree and Hardscape and they responded promptly and were very helpful even though I didn't need their paid services. They have some great mulch, in fine and course...and free for pickup. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for tree trimming or tree removals or any landscape services. Just some really great/pleasant people!!!! A+++++
These guys are great. Juan, Chris, Greta and their whole crew. No messing around, these guys get it done and fast. We had 1,100 sq ft of travertine installed to tie our new pool and patio together, the results are beautiful. The night the job was completed we had 2 inches of rain. There was a small problem due to erosion and again, 1 call and it was fixed.

We had used Juan & his crew a few years ago to remove a tree that was blown over after a monsoon storm. Back then they did such a wonderful job that I used them again today. Juan is now with this company & again, did an amazing job. Juan & Chris came out to give us an estimate & at that time explained everything step by step of what would happen & that’s exactly how it went. We had 2 very large & 1 smaller Sissoo trees removed & the stumps grinded down & poisoned. Juan & Chris, who I communicated with during the process were both very professional, knowledgeable, kind, went above & beyond what I ever expected. The crew was on time, very hard working, had great time management, & cleaned up everything. Other than the trees being gone & the markers in the ground, there was absolutely no remaining remnants of them being here. I will definitely be looking into other services they offer & will be using them again.
Very easy to work with. The arborists were prompt and very nice. The crew had our trees (a Carob and 2 orange trees) trimmed, shaped and looking good in no-time. Everything was cleaned up right away. Highly recommend.

The team was so professional and worked hard to get my yard looking good in a small amounts of time. They remodeled my back yard and it looks so pretty and homey. Installed pavers, turf, and fire pit. So happy with the results, would totally recommend!

I wish I had taken before and after photos because their work in my front and back yards was such a dramatic improvement! The work crew was on time and well equipped to blitz the yard and attended to every little detail from tree and palm trimming to palm and plant fertilizing, installing new plants and cactus, putting out a 3month guaranteed emergent and checking and double checking all of the irrigation systems. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all the debris, too! Totally satisfied with their work and professionalism and highly recommend them to you for your residential properties, too! Oh, I nearly neglected to mention that the owner provided a simple and straightforward quote in advance so my husband and I were 100% clear on the work included and the price. Totally awesome experience!

Az Tree and Hardscape (formerly Surprise Tree Service) has done several tree trimming jobs and tree removal for our condo association over the last year. This past week we had a huge overgrown Ficus tree that needed to be topped and pruned out and the crew was on time as scheduled and worked quickly but efficiently to complete the job and made sure all debris was cleaned up before they left. I'm a new home owner here in surprise and I need to have a sissoo tree removed from my backyard. I hired "AZ tree and hardscape company" The crew did amazing. The arborist Juan was so knowledgeable and he was the only company that actually guaranteed that the root system wouldn't come back. Other companies didn't even warn me about the aggressive root system. I was extremely impressed and I would highly recommend them!!

We had a sissou tree stump that needed to removed. Haven and the crew arrived on time, were very professional and the best part? Afterwards, you couldn't even tell they were there! I expected to see a mess and a big hole where the stump was. It was leveled and cleaned up as if nothing happened. They were great! Highly recommend!

This business is one of the best places we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We had them do a huge job for us that included laying travertine, turf, planting numerous trees, full border and even driveway expansion all of which turned out beautifully and ahead of schedule. We’ve lived here almost 20 years, and by far the AZ Tree and Hardscape Company did the best job ever on our landscaping. They removed 9 cactus and replanted 8 new ones along with rearranging some boulders. Additionally they trimmed 3 palms and removed all the dead debris. Their employees were professional and definitely knew what they were doing!! Their clean up was superb!! ! I know in the spring we’ll be calling them to trim our trees!! We would highly recommend this company!!

My experience with this company was all good! They showed up literally right on time! They moved quickly but efficiently from tree to tree. They did not over trim. They removed all loose husks. Fertilized crowns and roots. And they left it’s so clean you couldn’t even tell other than the trees being trimmed that they were ever there. It was the best money I’ve ever spent on a landscaping company. Would highly recommend them!

I have 2 really tall trees out front that would have taken me a day or two to cut down, chop into pieces, dispose, and then clean up afterwards... They make this look so easy! So fast, and cleaned up really well. Trees look much nicer than before. I wish I took a before photo of the tree in front because it was balding and dying at the top.
Ricky and his crew were awesome! They took care of my Sissoo stump and replaced a walkway that had been tilted by the invasive roots. There was a little problem with the water line which was taken care of immediately.

The AZ Tree and Landscape crew showed up on time. There was enough workers to get both jobs( front and back yards)done in a timely manner. The crew didn’t mess around. Got in and got out. The tree in the backyard hasn’t had a good trim in several years. The team member was in the middle of this thing for 2 hours. When all said and done, the tree looked way different than when they started, and that’s a good thing. It looks much happier. The palm in front was skinned and fronds were removed. The crew working this tree had their hands full as it was a little windy. A big mess, but they got the job done. Both crews had a system that worked very well. I would definitely hire AZ Tree and Landscape again!
It was great working with AZ Tree and Hardscape Co. They were very professional and friendly through the whole process. I needed a tree planted in my front yard. They sent me some options for trees based on the recommendations from their experts. They were up front with me as far as the price for the tree and install and scheduled me within a week and a half. They showed up on my scheduled day and had the tree planted within an hour or so. They did a great job I am very pleased! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work.

I love AZ Tree & Hardscape!!! These guys did an amazing job on our 5 acres with all the trees we needed removed, beetle treated and trimmed. Juan, Luis, Eric, Nathan & Carlos are such hard workers who treated our property as if it was their own. They were timely, polite and cleaned up so professionally when they were done. This was the 2nd time we hired them. I wouldn't trust our trees to anyone else. The office staff, Maria & Ashley, were very communicative with the rainy weather and helpful with my various questions. I would highly recommend this company for your landscape needs! My yard was a complete disaster!!! I had Sissoo Shoots growing all over the place, my yard was uneven (a fish bowl), I had dirt and rock all over the place, a broken water systems, and a dead Ficus. My yard was somewhere I couldn't enjoy and was embarrassed for people to see. The company completely helped me transform my back yard into an oasis. I am greatful for all of their help and professionalism. We even had a miscommunication and they didn't hesitate to make things right. We had a 45-50ft tree that would make a mess year round making it difficult to enjoy our yard. Greta was awesome and able to get me an estimate via email with photos included. Juan came out and confirmed the estimate. We scheduled the removal and the crew arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 11 am . Not only were they fast and efficient they’re pricing can’t be beat!
AZ Tree and Hardscape Co has been out to our place a few times over the past couple years. They have never disappointed. They are very knowledgeable and very responsive. They have trimmed, pruned, fertilized and treated our trees. We credit them with saving a couple of our struggling trees and highly recommend this company.
Juan and crew transformed our gravel backyard into a great outdoor living space with pavers and artificial turf. He returned our call immediately and scheduled an onsite appointment for the next day. He listened carefully to everything we wanted, answered our questions and made suggestions for our space. We received a quote later the same day with an option to install within a week. Since we are only here for the winter months, that was great news for us as we would have plenty of time to enjoy the space. We scheduled the appointment. The crew notified us that they could arrive a day early for some prep work and we happily accepted. The entire backyard was completed the next day. Juan was here both days to insure that the job proceeded as planned and to our satisfaction. The clean up was great and the final product was perfect! We would 100% recommend Juan and his crew, and have done so already to 2 of our neighbors.
AZ TREE AND HARDSCAPE is a wonderful company! Juan and his team of arbor experts get the job done and done correctly. They have removed a huge ash tree from my front yard and cleared fruit trees and bushes from my backyard, while planting two beautiful Pom Pom Juniper trees! They did a magnificent job and the price was excellent. We are planning a complete makeover of our front yard with AstroTurf and HARDSCAPE and Juan and his staff will be installing it in the near future. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I contracted with this service to remove an older mesquite tree. They came out promptly to assess the tree as I had concerns over whether to trim or remove it. Juan found structural issues that others missed and we scheduled the removal. The employees were on-time, professional and answered all my questions about the process. They even swept the debris from my roof and did a great job on cleanup. The fee was very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I have used AZ Tree and Hardscape, a number of times. They are always on time and priced fairly for the work I have asked them to perform. The tree I had them trim over the past two years, I had them finally remove it, it was a Sissoo Tree and that tree is very destructive to the water pipes and sewer system. They remove it, ground the stump down and place tree root killer on the stump. They will be back to inspect it and make sure the roots are not coming back. I will have them back, as I trust them and their work. Thank you, Hardscape for the great work you do. John Adado
This is a company that knows what it is talking about. A certified arborist and people who don't just chop off branches to make them appear neat but, rather take the time to remove weight and trim them as they should be. You get calls from helpful and friendly staff to take care of your concerns and to advise you that the crew is on its way. When you make an appointment you don't sit around all day with no one showing up. They SHOW UP and they do the work and in many cases go the extra mile. They are not the cheapest service but, they by far are worth the price. They see things you did not think of and have the ability to hear what you want and make it happen! We will not use anyone else!!!

They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and informative. They left my yard looking better than it was before they came. I had 3 trees and a bush removed and 7 bushes planted. I also had my 20 year old drip irrigation system changed for new throughout the whole yard. They took me around and showed me that the new irrigation was working for each plant as well instructed me on how the system worked. The men were very hard workers and very friendly. I normally don’t write very many reviews but I was so impressed by the work I just had to. I also thought they were fairly priced. Update I had AZ come back and install pavers in my back yard as well as a drain to pull water away from my patio. They did an amazing job. It turned out better than I imagined. They went above and beyond what I asked for. I couldn’t be more pleased. I referred them to my sister as well and they were extremely happy with the job they did for them as well.

This team responded with short notice and delivered a great product. I just moved into this rental that has a 20 year old mesquite tree that had not been cared for and was over grown over the parking and walking path and created a hazard with continual bird droppings and in desperation I called this team and they responded swiftly and worked with quick hands and left this property more beautiful than when we first saw. Martin and his crew did such an amazing job on my Chilean Mesquite. They listened to my concerns about keeping the mourning dove nest intact, keeping the tree from impeding into the neighbor’s yard, and thinning it out. They exceeded my expectations on how they tree looked when finished, how they cleaned the limbs and debris, and their overall professionalism. I highly recommend these gents! Awesome job!
We were impressed with the crew that came out and did our landscaping. They do professional and high quality work. Communication was very good and the office gal was always friendly and helpful. They got back to us in a timely matter. We know what to look for as we have our own company back in Kansas and would definitely recommend them to others looking for work done in their yard.

Second time within 6 months AZ Tree and Landscape has done work for us. We had turf and pavers done both with front and backyard. They do a great job and we will continue to use them for future work. They even added steps outside the doggie door with turf inlaid in the middle of the pavers for my pooches. We didn't even ask for it or pay extra. Just small details they did on their own. Our dogs truly have a custom area that looks nice and is functional in addition to the other areas of our yard.
Juan's entire crew is very knowledgeable on their areas. They are prompt, efficient, and clean everything up before they leave. We have used them for tree trimming and removal and were very pleased. More recently, they replaced our old irrigation system so now we don't have to drag hoses all over. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

This was our second experience with AZ Tree and Hardscape, trimming and thinning several trees at our house. Again the team that came was on time, worked quickly, and left the trees looking great. They then did a very thorough cleanup everywhere, leaving the property with no trace of the significant work that had been done except for the great looking trees. Their price was fair for the work done.
Last week AZ tree & hardscape replaced my irrigation system. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job. They set the timers as requested and my grass and plants thank them for it! I will definitely use them for future landscaping or hardscape needs.

I started the year off right by hiring Az tree and Hardscape. They were very affordable and honest. I got all my palm trees trimmed up very nicely. After using them for our landscaping, we decided to use them for our pavers. We couldn’t be happier!

I hired AZ Tree and Hardscape to remove 5 large and overgrown Rosemary bushes. The team showed up early and took every precaution to not damage any irrigation, landscaping lighting or other plants. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything perfectly. This is the second project I have hired AZ Tree and Hardscape to do and both times i was very happy with the team and the work performed. The teams were both very respectful and professional exceeding all expectations. AZ Tree and Hardscape Co. has done three jobs for me so far, all to perfection! They replaced my old irrigation system and added water lines to my three citrus trees, which are surrounded by flagstone. They came with two plans, and they were able to tunnel under the flagstone, avoiding tearing up the flagstone. I was so delighted. They also tore up two sections of poorly laid flagstone by another landscaper that were trip hazards, and AZ Tree and Hardscape did an awesome job. They also laid 6 tons of stone in my front yard, as well as created a walkway from the front to the back yard using the old flagstone pieces from the tear up. My yard looks better than I ever imagined. AZ Tree and Hardscape crews are timely, professional, courteous, hard working, clean up after themselves, and do not leave the job until I say I am satisfied. The Owner came to each job to ensure his crew knew exactly what the job entailed. I am extremely satisfied with AZ Tree and Hardscape Co.

The guys were great; hard working, punctural and took their time to explain exactly what needed to be done. We have had our Palo Verde tree trimmed by this company twice now. They go above and beyond! They are very courteous, punctual and cleaned up all the mess left by trimmimg.
